1½ tbsp lemon juice
In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and pepper until well combined.
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, feta, onion, and olives to the bowl and gently toss to combine
1 small garlic clove, minced
Divide the salad between two plates and top each with sardines.
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 small or 1 large tomato, cut into large chunks
1 7-ounce can chickpeas (about ⅔ cup), rinsed
3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
1 tbsp sliced pitted Kalamata olives
